- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Answer the damn phone. Live plants tracking says held at post office on 4/13 but was not in the mail picked up on the 14th. I need to call on the 15th with the tracking number but it has been over an hour trying to call and no one answers. I will hold this post office responsible if the plants are dead or if they delivered to the wrong address. I will also bill them for my time.By Mark Fuller, May 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Half the time I call, I get a busy tone. The other half the time, I will literally let it ring over 60 times without getting an answer. They've had my package for over two weeks because it was supposed to be forwarded, but clearly, they aren't forwarding it.
